Commercial Roofing

COMMERCIAL ROOFING DONE RIGHT.

Without expert guidance, commercial and flat roofs can be a nightmare to handle. There are countless options available in commercial roofing, all with names that are technical and difficult to pronounce. Although the names sound scientific, installing flat roofing is equally an art form. Flat roofing requires skilled and experienced crews to ensure that water will not pool on the surface, or penetrate to the interior of your building. Old Pro Roofing has wide-ranging experience with all types of commercial and flat roofing. To get an up-front and no obligation look at all the commercial roofing options available, give us a call at Old Pro Roofing. Leave the hassle of dealing with amateur contractors behind and trust your next project to an Old Pro!

TPO Roofing
TPO commercial roofing membranes have become the fastest growing commercial roofing products on the market today. TPO single-ply roof membranes are constructed from ethylene propylene rubber. They have successfully combined the durability ofEPDM rubber with the proven performance of weldable seams.
Modified Bitumen Roofing
Modified bitumen membranes were developed in Europe in the early 1960s and have been in use in the U.S. since the mid-1970s. Modified Bitumen is asphalt that has had modifiers added to it to give it plastic or rubber-like properties. They are typically installed as a two-ply system and are almost always fully adhered.
EPDM Roofing
EPDM is a synthetic rubber that is also a very good choice for commercial flat roofs. EPDM is a flexible membrane that has been in use since the 1960’s and has survived some of the world’s toughest climates for over 30 years. Though it was a good product to begin with, EPDM has advanced significantly in the last ten years.
Elostomeric Roof Coatings
Elastomeric roof coatings are monolithic, fully adhered, fluid applied roofing membranes. Basically, they are an additional protective layer placed on a finished roof. They help keep the roof undamaged from hail, wind, rain, sunlight, and other conditions. Because of their elastic properties, they are able to stretch and return to their original shape without damage.
